Lydia Aisenberg describes her visit to the Ralli Museum of Modern Art in Caesarea as a fantastic cultural joyride, an amazing journey through diverse periods of European and Latin American art housed in buildings that are works of art in themselves 

The museum is built on a 'treasured land' which has an interesting piece of biblical and historical importance. A breathtaking scenery of archaeological fantasy and natural beauty of the the beach and the sun shining on the seemingly motionless azure Mediterranean waters in the background.
